HCOC is managed by boots-on-the-ground local Zimbabweans who receive a salary. In Zimbabwe, these local people would likely have no other means of employment due to the high unemployment rate in their country.   The HCOC team is overseen by an Executive Board that provides overall direction and oversight for the organization.  ​This board consists of representatives from the local villages and professionals from the community that were selected by their district authorities.  RHCF is proud to partner with the HCOC team and the Executive Board.
