Team Zimbabwe is a dynamic group of people who want to enrich the development of children struggling to receive the basic necessities of life – health, safety and the hope for a future. The Zimbabwe Mission Partnership was created to save the lives of orphaned children in Zimbabwe with the simple belief that “Together we can make a difference!” Join us for one of the Rocky Mountain region’s biggest cycling events and change the lives of thousands of orphans in a rural region of the world’s most impoverished country. You too can make a difference.

The goal of the Zimbabwe Mission Partnership and the Renewed Hope Charitable Foundation is to help with the nutritional, educational and health needs of these children, while also providing the community assistance with building a sustainable infrastructure and leading individuals toward self-sufficiency. In the last year alone the Heather Chimhoga Orphan Care Center, (founded in 2001 through the efforts of the Zimbabwe Mission Partnership) is daily feeding and caring for the needs of over 1,000 children. Through the efforts of supporters like you, government school fees are being paid to allow them to attend school, and a medical clinic is providing care to children with various illnesses, including HIV.

Let’s not turn away even one orphaned child! Will you make the difference in an orphan’s life between food and no food; between decent clothing and rags; between good health and sickness; between learning and sitting in school too hungry to pay attention? Nearly 100% of every dollar that is donated goes directly to fund the needs of the children and immediate community.

of children in the Murewa region of Zimbabwe. You can join the team by becoming a Supporter or Member of the Team Zimbabwe fund raiser. Your commitment includes the event registration fee, donation used to change the future of children, fundraising gifts, and prizes. There are two ways to assist our team.

• Join at the “Supporter” level (starting at $125 for early registration) and get an Elephant Rock entry, full event benefits, Team water bottle, and donate to help the children of Zimbabwe via the Renewed Hope Charitable Foundation.
• Join at the “Member” level (starting at $275 for early registration) and make a more substantial donation to the cause.  This special level includes all the above– plus a limited edition Team Zimbabwe cycling jersey.

Our goal for this inaugural fundraising team is 100+ riders. Help us meet and exceed this goal for the well-being of children in Zimbabwe!
